I just wanted to say I got to "stay" here unexpectedly in 2005 because of hurricane Wilma. They really took care of us and made sure that we had food. Things got a little crazy when the water stopped running and power was out. They tried extremely hard to accommodate the hundreds and hundreds of people that were stranded there and sleeping on the floor. If I go back to Cancun soon I will think about getting an actual room here because they were so helpful to us. And if anyone from the hotel is reading this, I just wanted to thank you for all the help you gave to us when we were stranded there for a week because of Hurricane Wilma!

Never again

This hotel has a lot of potential. It was beautiful upon arrival and we were very excited to be staying there. However, we were awoken with extremely loud exercise music between 7-8am on a friday morning. We also woke up to a cockroache on the floor. After getting up early we did decide to catch the morning buffet breakfast which had a wonderful selection of food most of which tasted awful. The service was extrememly slow in the dining room. The individuals out in the lobby were wonderfully helpful in finding a great place to have dinner and drinks.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were in emaculant condition. It was located in a spot that you were close enough to a lot of different attractions to attend to. The overall service was excellent.

Very good Hotel in the Heart of Cancun City

I liked the Radisson Hacienda, because it was close to many bus routes that can take you to the Hotel Zone of Cancun and also to the Ferry stations to Isla Mujeres. The hospitality was great, everyone greeted you with a smile and a good morning.

Left my heart in Cancun

Stay 10 Mar 2005- 19 Mar 2005 Love the staff from Raphael, Robert, Mauro, & all were very friendly, full of information. Pointed us to some great local restaurants where the prices were great! The radisson is within walking distance to many great markets & restaurants. The room was very comfortable, not fancy. The lobby was beautiful. Pool was fun. The food at the hotel restaurant wasn't the greatest. I found breakfast buffet ok (you must have the tangerine juice), but the dinner was not. I would consider the Radisson Hacienda Cancun on another trip.

An average hotel

We recently stayed at the Radisson Hacienda as the guests of our cruise line after we missed our ship in Miami. They must have an arrangement with Radisson as everyone who missed the ship stayed at one. The hotel is located downtown, away from the tourist resorts so it is quiet but we struggled to find any other restaurants or amenities in the area. Our room was pretty basic; the sink had been painted but most of the paint had peeled off and the tile in the shower was cracked and in need of replacement. The service in the dining room was excellent and we really appreciated our waiter Daniel. The front desk staff did not speak English well and we had some communication challenges. Otherwise, they were very polite.
