Ramada Inn, Hampton

Summary; 2 Rooms for 2 Days-Furniture run down and beat up, rooms smelled, no towels refreshed, no trash removal, noisy until 11PM. Manager on duty indicated he had received several complaints about it that day-yet did nothing to fix the issue. Was informed to contact the General Manager-4 days later (Cassandra Crumble)- received no follow-up. I would NOT recommend this facility-you get a low quality facility and bad service. This was a graduation event; at a minimum we should have been able to take a shower before the event. What a disappointment to even ask for the bare minimum from this facility.
