Courtyard by Marriott Norwalk, Norwalk

I spent 2 nights here and had a king size room. Room was spacious and very clean! The bed had at least 6 very soft and large fluffy pillows. The bath towels were slightly oversize, which was nice. The room was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the private balcony. It wasn't the best view in town (being on a main road and all) but the traffic noises were hardly noticeable. Downstairs the indoor pool and heated whirlpool spa area were very clean, and when I mentioned to a clerk that the towel supply seemed to be getting low, the manager himself brought a cartful of freshly washed towels to replenish the supply within minutes. That impressed me. I plan to stay at this hotel again next time I am in town. The only drawback that I have found is that on two seperate past visits the front desk staff charged my credit card twice, which I did not discover until the charges posted days later, but which was easily fixed by a simple phone call. I think the clerks I encountered were trainees, but they were very friendly and polite despite their mistakes.
