really it is very nice hotel

the only thing that i didn't like is the place because it is far away from the metro station and i recommended my freind to attend the hotel and really i am planning to go again in the summer.

Good hotel outside city center

very clean and well run. The pool is open for a reasonable number of hours so that guests can actually use it. The best part is that we get a duvet with an obviously clean cover on the bed, rather than a blanket of questionable cleanliness. It is not right in the city center, but is easy to get onto the highways.

Best Place In Norwalk

Great A#1 Service Front desk staff the best, Engineering staff very courtious and knowlegable about area and building Housekeeping very good and weel kept rooms. A pluus for this Courtyard the best ever stayed in. Forget about the others no comparison

Best hotel in town

I spent 2 nights here and had a king size room. Room was spacious and very clean! The bed had at least 6 very soft and large fluffy pillows. The bath towels were slightly oversize, which was nice. The room was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the private balcony. It wasn't the best view in town (being on a main road and all) but the traffic noises were hardly noticeable. Downstairs the indoor pool and heated whirlpool spa area were very clean, and when I mentioned to a clerk that the towel supply seemed to be getting low, the manager himself brought a cartful of freshly washed towels to replenish the supply within minutes. That impressed me. I plan to stay at this hotel again next time I am in town. The only drawback that I have found is that on two seperate past visits the front desk staff charged my credit card twice, which I did not discover until the charges posted days later, but which was easily fixed by a simple phone call. I think the clerks I encountered were trainees, but they were very friendly and polite despite their mistakes.
