Won't stay there Again...
By ,
We really liked the location and didn't think the place and price was bad at all. Freee e breakfast was alright. Our only thing was that on our 1st night there our kids car seats got stolen. After that we took everything out of our safe box (passport and cash). We made a report at the office but all they said was that they only had cameras in the lobby area and can only see the cars that went in and out. They also told us we didn't have to stay there if we didn't feel safe but our hotel was already paid with our vacation package and wouldn't give us our money back, so we stayed there and taking our valueble items with us at all times.

Great Location, Horrible Hotel
By ,
It's hard to beat the location if you want to stay off of Disney property. I booked it without doing much research. Our normal resort "Floridays" was booked solid and I was making last minute plans. It looks like they updated some of the rooms but the property structure itself is old and rundown. Window frames have gaps in them, doors don't shut tightly, etc. They told me my wife and I would have a king in our bedroom. They simple shoved to singles together. I was sleeping and the beds started seperating. There were never towels at the pool. The registration building was old and bad. The staff made me feel like I was checking into a low rent dive. The upside, good location and $129 per night. We survived but won't be going back.

Great time!
By ,
The rooms were decent and the location was great. The price was even better! Loved the view too! If you're planning on staying at the condo the whole time and expect room service, pool side bars, large flat screen tvs to watch while you ignore your spouse/kids and on-site manicures then head down the road...this is NOT for you! For those of use that want to head out for the day with the family and just have a place to relax at night this place is perfect!! The whole family had a great time. We'll definitely be back!

Nice area, stayed 3 nights.
By ,
The location couldn't be any closer to Sea World but not close to the other attractions. It was clean and the view we had was grest (golf course and lake) It was in a quiet location and at night we could see the fireworks form Sea World. I'd stay again if I were going to Sea World.

By ,
me and a couple of my friends went here for the weekend we had 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo when first got there we thought we hit the jack pot cause the price was so low when we pull to the front desk it started to go down hill after that we go the room its was "hell" it looks notthing like pictures on the web site in the masterbed room they had an 13' t.v. In there with with old fashion window treatment it was so small in the master bed they had the night stand turn side ways the bathroom shower curtain had mildow on it we had to clean the master room and bathroom ourself cause they did not have night housekeeper lets get to the second bedroom the carpet had so many spots on it they blood on the sheets it had a bad smell to it so we the call the front desk to tell they send security over with some sheets the next morning we found roaches in the master bathroom and water buds in the master bed that was last straw we pack up and left..

A Condo Owner speaks
By ,
Please understand that if you rent through the condominium resort you will get a nice room that is clean, well furnished and have all of the amenitities. The guests who could not reach the rental management company were most likely NOT dealing with the on-site property team. There are owners who manage their own condos and their are owners who have Parc Corniche manage their condos. Parc Corniche managed condos are well worth the reasonable prices. And for vacationers, the location is tops. sincerely, pjt

Never again!
By ,
Do not let the name fool you! It may sound elegant but it's not. This was the worst condominium experience my family and I have ever had. Our condominium had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sofa sleeper, full size kitchen and dining area. Fortunately, the bathrooms were clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. Some of the bath towels needed to be trashed. They were worn, thin, and dingy. The blankets and sheets had holes in them. Although we had three televisions, they were small, and one did not get a clear picture. We had to watch the Olympics opening ceremony on a 13-inch television. The furniture was very old and outdated. The light blue finish on the dinette set was almost gone. I saw one computer in the lobby and there was a charge to use it. The condominium had an odor that could be smelled on the outside as well. The patio was deplorable! It was furnished with stackable plastic chairs, one chair had only one arm, and they were dirty. The floors squeaked when the tenants above us walked around their condominium. I could tell when we drove up on the dimly lit property with a sign that branded the name Parc Corniche which was no more than 5 inches tall that I was in for a miserable weekend. I did not want to stay, but it was late when we arrived and my husband wanted to sleep. Needless to say, my teenage children didn't enjoy their stay either. The price was reasonable, but remember you pay for what you get. If luxury is what you are looking for then keep looking. I would never stay at Parc Corniche again. However, I must admit the location is great. It is located off International Drive and many reputable hotels and resorts surround it.
