A nightmare for us!

Where do I start?Room was guaranteed to be ready at 4pm.Upon arrival at 5pm our room was still occupied.Was offered a room to change clothes in because we had a 7pm appointment.Room was ready after 6.Filthy would be an understatement.All the dishes were left dirty,food on the floor,busted tile in the bathroom,one toilet would not flush,we had to call at 2am because the air wouldn't work,mildew in the shower,ashes on the furniture,garbage in the trash cans,rotten fruit in our fruit basket,hateful staff,when asked a staff members name he says,"James,James H. is all you need to know."When asked to see a manager, he was nowhere to be found,no ID was checked upon check in,I could have been 17 for all they knew,we were charged $1061 for a $229 room,messed up checking account,upon calling hotel "James H." says "uh huh what do you want me to do?I can't help you, no one here can."Manager was out of the office,called back Monday only to get an "oh dear" from the accountant,deposited $835 back into our account only to take back out $267 last night,manager refuses to take our phone calls,no one at Radisson Customer Support can help,they refer us to manager who avoids our calls.A nightmare experience to say the least.We have never been through something like this before and have ALWAYS used Radissons.Not anymore!
