Clean, well maintained, with an extremely friendly staff. Every one from the front desk to house keeping and the kitchen was smiling and helpful. Great bed and cozy sheets. It's Memphis, so of course there are ducks in the lobby!

weekend stay, very crowded due to holiday weekend and at least one large family reunion, parking was at a premium; staff handled the situation with grace and professionalism; breakfast was excellent, manager's reception was exceptional: my wife and I were near the last to arrive but staff brought us a table and chairs, making the evening an enjoyable experience; had fun interacting with other hotel visitors, everyone, staff and guests were polite and made for the best experience at any embassy suites we've visited. would definitely stay again and plan to next year! room was clean and well stocked; housekeeping promptly tidied our room.

my kids surprize me with a trip to graceland and my daughter booked a room here.i was totally surprize on how clean it was.the staff was outstanding so was the food.my brother and his wife came down from ky. and the staff made sure he had a room next to us.Thank You From Montana.

The ONLY roll-in shower, required for persons in wheelchairs, is smoking! And the suite really stinks. The Staff is great, but it seems they want to kill their weakest guests! Also, a daily $10 charge for internet.

It is a very wonderful place to stay. Staff members was kind. The food the best away-from-home i ever tasted. I would want everyone I know to stay the embassy suites in Memphis.

this is the best place to stay in memphis! great location. great service. the breakfast can't be beat and cocktails in the afternoon was was the best. my wife and i stayed for our honeymoon and will stay again any time we return to memphis. thank you embassy suites for a great week!

This hotel has gone way downhill in all areas. It used to be a pleasant place. Stains on the carpets everywhere; ripped upholstery on the couch; dirty shower/tub. The hot tub was not maintained properly and I contracted "hot tub" folliculitis. I felt unsafe due to other uncontrollable guests that the hotel staff ignored. Apparently it's fine for teenagers to run the halls late at night (after 11pm) and flip into the pool from planters and chairs. Young children (age 3-5) were left unattended by their parents. I was locked out of my room and offered no apology for the inconvenience. Finally a housekeeper let me back into my room with no questions asked. If you're the type to steal, try this hotel. I'm sure you can get access to any random room of your choosing. If you like to feel safe and appreciated for your patronage, DO NOT stay at this Embassy Suites hotel in Memphis. You will regret it for sure. It's overpriced for a run-down hotel. Stay at Homewood Suites (another Hilton property) and save about $30. And if you chose to ignore this warning, definitely stay out of the hot tub!!

Hotel was not clean. Food left outside room door for 2 days. Items taken from room. Will not go again!

I stayed here for a week long business trip. It was quiet and extremely comfortable. The breakfasts were good. The courtyard was stunning with a stream and live ducks and fish. They have feather beds on top of their mattresses which left with me the desire to take the bed home with me. Unfortunately I couldn't. There was a small issue with the shower door which was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I am still playing phone tag with their lost and found department a month later which I don't think is reasonable. Though it is my fault I left my pillow. Overall I would stay at this hotel anytime. It made my trip so nice and was purely enjoyable.
