Noisy, Noisy, Noisy! No sleep here.

It sounds like a high school gymnasium, all day and evening, even if you're on the top floor. People running up and down the halls and yelling, doors that slam so loud that your room physically SHAKES, and kids running around everywhere shouting and shrieking. Elevators take forever because there aren't nearly enough for a hotel this size. Internet was slow and expensive. The room itself was nice, but the noise level makes it completely uninhabitable. After two nights, I called my company and told them I refused to stay another night. They moved me to the Hilton Garden Inn, which is a much better environment to work and rest. I don't recommend this Embassy if you want to get any sleep or relax.

The Hotel is a Vacation of It's Own!

We loved the rooms...Nice, cozy, clean, and spacious! The Evening Reception is very nice! Beautiful on the inside, like a tropical paradise! Fun pool! Great Experience every time!

Nice place to stay

We have stayed here several times and have always had a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. We will stay here again I'm sure.

THINK TWICE ABOUT STAYING HERE

LEFT AN ITEM BEHIND IN ROOM, CALLED BACK REPEATEDLY TRYING TO GET HELP, PROMISES ONLY TO CALL BACK TO ME, NEVER DID, SPOKE WITH MANAGER, HE TOO DID NOTHING, DENIED ITEM THERE, PROTECTING STAFF AT EXPENSE OF CUSTOMERS

PLANNING TO STAY AGAIN SOON

We enjoyed the room. Very nice. Not a real good view out the window but then again it is just off the interstate. Breakfast was very good but servers could of had a smile.

More expensive is not better

the management will never own up to any problems you occur at the hotel. Anything that happens is blamed on the guest and he will deny any envolvement. our toilet was broken and flowed water all over the floor, he said it must be stopped up as someone in our family must have clogged it. maintenence had to be called to actually fix a bolt in the back of the toilet which was obviously not something we did. they left toilet water on our carpet all day without cleaning it until I complained to management when i got back from work. they wiped the bathroom floor with our towels and then left them in our tub. their pool is discusting and unclean, and their internet service which you must pay $11 a day for (most places offer free internet) is always on the fritz. I stayed at this place for a week. they charge %18 + $2 service charge for any room service, leave tips in your pocket! I would not recommend this place at all. Homewood Suites next door would probably be a better choice.
