worst motel expericene ever

This Motel is awful, it is not "OK" when you go into your bathroom and have dirty towels/washcloths/ and hand towels/ when you've just checked in.
We checked into our room this afternoon, we had only a few minutes to get undress and dress to go out to my job, running very late. The Clerk called shortly after we got into our room and asked if "everything" Was ok, My husband asked me if we needed anything, I was in the bathroom and shouted back at him that we needed towels. I also told him because these are dirty. My husband bein the polite person he is just told the desk clerk that we needed more towels and not that the ones we had were dirty, like I said we were in a hurry to get ready to leave. The Clerk asked how many towels did we now have? He asked me this and I replyed that we have two? Wondering what this had to do with us needing more towels? ?
Tonight when we returned to our motel room we still had our dirty towels. I thought I would wait till the next morning to go and ask for more towels again, but didn't even have a clean wash cloth or towel. I went to the clerk, and asked him for more towels because these are dirty, he asked what room I am staying in, I told him. He walked away, in a short while he came back with clean towels in his hand, he opened the door and then started accussing me of getting the towels dirty, after I told him the towels were dirty when we go there. He wanted to know "why" my husband did not tell him that when we made a call eariler. I tried to explain to him that we did not have time to go into it with him at that time for we needed to leave and was running late. He then told me that his maids do not leave dirty towels in the rooms that he watching them carefully, I asked him if he was saying that I got the towels dirty and then brought them down? He replyed that he didn't know but went on about how he trusted his maids and that they would not leave dirty towels in the room. I then SHOWED him the wash cloth with something on it that looked like grease? Not sure. and told him that the towel was over the tub and stunk.
He then followed me out of the door, telling me over and over that his maids did not make these kinds of mistakes. I told him that we did not need to be having this conversation at all, because he would never, NEVER, HAVE to worry about having it again with me or my husband, that we would NOT be back, ever. He then told me that I had the right to tell him about the dirty towels but why didn't we tell him in the beginning, I can not belive that I was having the discussion with him about his maids/ dirty linens and staying at this motel again. He followed me out the door, still telling me how his maids do not make this kind of mistakes, my fear was that he was following me to my room, and I walked very fast to get to my room.he did not follow me, but this makes me feel real uneasy to stay tonight.
I do not think this is a motel or chain that I will stay in again. this is too bad, we've had very good luck with Days Inn that are ran by locals, as I think this one it. We have stayed in this Days Inn many times while traveling thru Tyler. We won't be staying again.
