Wonderful Stay!!

We stayed at this hotel for our sons graduation from Lackland AFB.It was clean, the bed was more comfortable than the one we have at home, and the staff couldn't have been better! They made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond.I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Great place close to Sea World

Close to Sea World nice rooms pool was very clean and the staff was terrific! Eat at Jim's also while you are here!

Great hotel and Staff

We stayed here for my sons graduation from BMT at Lackland Air Force Base. The staff was so friendly and helpful. When we were going to Lackland the front desk gave us the exact directions and it was not a bad drive to get to the base. The rooms were spotless, the hot breakfast was good and the location was great. We stayed for 5 nights and didn't have any problems at all. It was a great hotel and the price was very resonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I plan on staying there again the next time I am in San Antonio!!

Awesome Hotel!

This was a very nice hotel. We left one disgusting hotel and came to this one. I was very pleased. The rooms was great. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was greatly cleaned. The staff was really polite and assisted us with our needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is vacationing in San Antonio. For sure, I will be coming back to this hotel the next time I visit San Antonio.

A very good place to stay!!

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was clean and comfortable to stay in. The staff were very helpful.It was a good value.The people working the front desk were very helpfull with computer and fax services. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family.

Not a place to return to !

For a Hilton Honors Member this is a lousey example of the quality that Hampton Inn's provide elsewhere. Matress was overused, rooms were extremely small, no new soap, or anything after the first day. Bathroom not straightened but not cleaned after first day. No newspaper, bottled water, snack, etc. The place is runned down and needs a good go through. You know, new carpet everything. The front desk help treated us like trash, abrupt, cool, and not a representative of the friendlyness of service found in San Antonio.

This is an AWEFUL hotel to stay at

I was discusted by this hotel, the bathroom was dirty, (housekeeping did not do their job) the bathtub was filthy. The rooms were SMALL for the price you paid. We paid $98 dollars they charged us 2 nights at 256.00 (we did not ask them to) The phone had a short in it. They offered nintendo, webtv all which you had to pay 6.95 per hour to use. it was the worse hotel I had ever stayed at. When we confronted the mananger they treated us VERY rudely. I would NOT recommend it. We could of gotten a 45 dollar motel and got the same crap.

Do not stay here!!!!!

We booked this hotel over the phone for $84 a night. We got there and as soon as we walked in I could smell mold. We go to our room and there was mold everywhere. So they switched us to a different room. Even more mold. And the rooms are tiny, the cable barely works(fuzzy) and the carpet is starting to bunch up in places. We ended up leaving and staying at the Fairfield Inn. Definitely not worth $84 a night. Disgusting!!!!

Comfort in The City

I loved the way everything we wanted to do, from restaurants to entertainment, was right around the corner. Everyone was very nice to us and treated us with respect. The suite was very clean and spacious. And the overall experience was wonderful.
