Not a place to return to !
For a Hilton Honors Member this is a lousey example of the quality that Hampton Inn's provide elsewhere.
Matress was overused, rooms were extremely small, no new soap, or anything after the first day. Bathroom not straightened but not cleaned after first day. No newspaper, bottled water, snack, etc. The place is runned down and needs a good go through. You know, new carpet everything. The front desk help treated us like trash, abrupt, cool, and not a representative of the friendlyness of service found in San Antonio.
