this place was awful dont visit it unless u would like to throw up they had horrible service and the pillow had some kind of goo on them. Again i would not recommend that any one stay at this dump.

Thanks for a great shower.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels across the country and every one them has the same problem with the shower. You turn it on full blast and water volume is so weak that it takes 10 minutes just to rinse your hair. It’s so bad that I simply quit shampooing when I travel. But this hotel was different. My room actually had a normal shower. Thank you to the management. I’ll be back.

The Best of The Best

This was the best Hotel that I have ever stayed in. The service was great, very friendly people, the rooms were very nice and clean and every employee that worked there had a smile on there face. "Service with a smile is what I always say". The hotel to me was built to perfection and I loved how the Hotel was in the middle of everything and when i needed directions the employees where right there to help me. The room was very comfortable and relaxing. Our pillows and bedwere very soft and the cleaniness of the room was quite good

Compassionate Relaxation

I liked its location in comparison to frequent eduational conferences held at the Waverly. The Embassy suites offers a first class complimentary breakfast which gives professionals on the go more than the traditional bagel and muffin. After a busy day, the Embassy Suite provides complimentary drinks and a soothing environment in which friends can just unwind and retreat to class act accommodations.

Great location!

This hotel provided access to shopping and restaurants. Perfectly centered for all of the placed I needed to go during my trip. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. I would definately go back!

Located in the heart of the best shopping of the south!

Shop the likes of New York City in the midst of Buckhead. Take in the sights of nearby picturesque Stone Mountain. Take time to enjoy the best restaurants in the greater Atlanta area. Embassy Suites is always a traveler's delight!

Very Nice

Near excellent Buckhead restaurants. This Hilton is newly remodeled, clean, and crisp. Staff polite and efficient. I'd give it 4 hotel stars any day. Not a 5 star Hilton, but then it doesn't have a 5 star price either.

You are so GREAT!

I can not thank you enough for all you did for me during my 5 day stay. My daughter was having brain surgery. I can't walk well. You made everything perfect for my stay. I was an emotional wreck and exhausted and it was like coming home and having someone take care of me. It was the perfect place to stay at the perfect time. Many thanks to all of your staff. They went way above the norm to help me during a very difficult time. SGraham

Nice winter get away with the kids

Vistied late February 2006 with 2 little boys,10 and 8. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool and the hot tub. The suite was plenty big to give all of us (4) a comfy space to relax. Beautifully decorated and the Koi pond was very unique in the lobby. The complimentary breakfast buffet was exqusite and enjoyed by the kids and Mom and Dad. Would go again but next time just Mom and Dad so we can go into the Buckhead nightclubs.

Was very happy and relaxed

From the moment I arrived I was treated with respect and kindness. They took there time for all my questions, even though there was a cheerleading competition going on and the hotel was very busy. At one point I thought I lost my cellphone and the valet was so kind and helped me look for it when I'm sure there were other things for him to do. When I saw him later he asked if I found it and seemed genuinely happy for me. Housekeeping was on spot with any request I had. The entire place was clean and well kept even thought there were some upgrades going on. I must say this is the only hotel that every employee you make eye contact with says hello and asked me if they could help me in anyway. When I come back to Atlanta this is where I will stay again and again. Thank you all.
