Poor Service

Check in time was 3 p.m. I was there at 3 p.m. to check in and I was told my room would be ready in 10 minutes. I didn't get into my room until after 4p.m. The only reason I got in that quickly is because I started hanging around the front desk looking unhappy. Also, the hotel was very noisy on Saturday night with party people in the hallway from 2 a.m. until 4 a.m. The room was very nice except for the 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no extra which ran out that evening. Another example of poor service. The hotel and staff was very unpersonable and "cold". I wouldn't stay there again.
