PP UTRECHT charged by credit card two charges of $83 and $87 in addition to the $105 charge for the room. Even if I had cleaned out the minibar twice (which was untouched) these charges would have never been so high. Still trying to get my money back but running into several problems. The construction the hotel is undergoing is atrocious to the eyes and parking is non-existent. Had to park next door at a Drug-Junkie distribution building. One of those state run drug and needle disbursing sites. Nightmare across the board. If you have an inkling of dignity, avoid this dump.

Great location as it is right near Utrecht Centraal train station. Hotel staff were friendly and informative. Nice bar/restaurant. Never really crowded and never pressured to buy or leave. Room was adequate and clean. Small issue at checking out over amount due. Since room and taxes were pre-paid it was easy to show workers receipt of monies paid. Mini-bar items were costly. All in all a nice place to stay.
