Not my best hotel visit
By TaraT, 07/13/06
We stayed for two nights while in town for a concert. We had requested, and were given, a non-smoking room, and the room itself was ok. However, the hallways and elevators smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. I had been under the impression there would be a refrigerator in the room - there was not. When we went down to the lobby around 9:45 or so, we were told that the contintental breakfast ended at 9:30, but there was a Friendly's or a Denny's up the road. One compliment - along with the coffee provided in the room, there was also herbal tea...but that was not enough to make me want to go back.

Great place
By Scott, 05/05/06
I went to burlington in summer 04, we stayed here it was clean, the pool/hot tub were fun, nice staff, friendly people, and by the way, burlington is a very good city for the small size.

Check Amenities
By CharlotteM, 02/09/06
The room was just fine and comfortable. However, the Hotel was a distance from the airport and the free shuttle service did not start until 7 a.m. (well after I had to be at the airport). The Manager could not do anything about the situation other than call a taxi for which I paid. I would suggest calling th Hotel first to check on ANY amenity that is of importance to your trip.

Great pool!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/21/05
We happened to be visiting Burlington during a major rain storm so we decided to stay in doors and had a chance to take advantage of the wonderful gym, the pool, and the steamroom. It was a large well-run hotel and if I'm passing through Burlington again, I'd definitely go again.

Hurry and finish the road works!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/16/04
Unfortunately there were major road works going on when we visited directly in front of the hotel and these obscured our view of Lake Champlain whilst in the dining room of the restaurant in the hotel site. The hotel provided a more than adequate continental breakfast. One very useful feature was the free internet access in the hotel foyer. Something other hotels could copy. The hotel pool was good although the female changing room should be checked out more often. A good hotel that offered excellent value for money that we would recommend.
