There was a very adorable gentleman named Corey who works there. We had a slight room issue and he took care of everything in just a few minutes. I really appreciate all the help he gave us. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Pictures on line are great, even enticing...don't fall for it. Place and rooms are average or less and guarantee of nonsmoking room doesn't mean squat. Staff is nice but less than accommodating if there is a problem. Corporate doesn't care about your experience either. There are much nicer and same price places in vacinity.

I really liked this hotel. I don't know how much it was costwise or what the service was like since I didn't pay for it or personally check in. I can say, however, that I really enjoyed my stay there. It is in a quiet area, not too far from Dollywood. The rooms were clean and very nice; lots of space. I was very satisfied with them. There is also a good sized pool, and a terrific continental breakfast with a variety of choices.

Clean rooms,quick check-in and very pleasant personnel. Nice pool, outside sitting area to watch the world go by.Great value. Have paid more for a lot less. Easy access to highway and surrounding activities. We were so impressed that we stayed there on our way back from our vacation.

Of all the motels at which we've stayed, I think this is the very best value for the money. Quiet, clean, comfortable rooms very reasonably priced - used travel book coupon for excellent rate. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast bar - make-your-own waffles, yogurt, eggs, fruit, etc. even had a box with 6 different teas to chose from. Liked the fact that when we had a little trouble getting our room keycard to work in the morning and asked a maid if she'd open it up for us so we could get the rest of our luggage, she said we'd have to go to the front desk for assistance - thought that was a good security feature. Dumplin Valley Road West is a little tricky to see - it's just past where the off ramp of Exit 407, I40 East, Tennessee, meets Tennessee 66. Dumplin Valley Rd West climbs the hill - its intersection is easy to miss.

I didn't see any of the negatives of the other reviewers. It was fine and close to everything. I like staying near the interstate and I could drive into the attractions.

Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was near the attractions we were interested in but far enough off the main path to allow quiet.
