Actually a nice place.I was a little scared because of the reviews I read but it was not that bad.The staff is very nice the rooms are not fancy but clean, very close to the beach and attractions.I would definately reccomend this hotel and will definately be back.Oh yeah its also VERY reasonably priced too!!!

The good the bad and the ugly
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/30/09
I have been staying at this motel for many summers and this is the worst experience I have had. Friends that I brought with me had to move rooms because of visable mold, the new room need the air conditioner replaced. My room was non smoking with an ajoining non smoking room with smokers in it. When I reported it they sympathized but did nothing to solve the problem. We also had a microwave that was direct wired that had an alarm that would go off every 10 minutes from 4am to 5am. When I reported this they sent the security man. He sympathized, but had no clue. We stay here because of location, price, and service. This year fell very short on service. I also found that everyone checking in pays a different price for the same type of room.

Would go back
By TJ, Riverview, FL, 07/12/08
Went to Cocoa Beach without a reservation and after stopping at 4 other hotels ended up at Motel 6. We were able to get a room poolside with a full size frig. It was my first trip to Cocoa Beach. The motel is rough around the edges...door lock was difficult to work, carpet was fairly gross, low water pressure in the shower, sticky kitchen area floor. But it was fine for what we wanted which was to have a room with a kitchenette by the pool where we spent our days. It is close to Ron Jon's and to the beach. We walked to the pier but it was a hike back after a few beers! : ) Our room was a little over $100 a night...after stopping at 4 other hotels, we took it. I would go back if I had reservations and could get a room cheaper. Some of the rooms in a different wing offered WIFI. LOVED Cocoa Beach! Can't wait to go back.

great valued, large rooms just a hop away from the beach!
By Sushi After Dark, 02/02/06
Nice, large rooms that felt very cozy with even a hurricaine on the coast, and with the beach a block away and for only half the price of what the other hotels and motels charge, you just can't go wrong. We'll be back soon! - Thorin
