For the price and the location it is a great place to stay. If you check around, you are not gonna find a decent place to stay for less than 80.00 per night.

had no reservation but was given internet rate. dirty floor needed vacuuming. walls in bath room had hairs stuck to them. refrigerator was frozen(not frost free). ice machines broken; told the desk person and was offered no help. heater-a/c controls not marked. microwave was missing bottom tray (rotating type). the facility is located in a dry as in no alcohol sales district. nearest place to is about 7 miles away. (not necessarily their fault). it seemed like alot of their customers lived there at least semi-permenently as there was junk around the doors of some of the rooms in the rear. but this place was easily less than half the cost of the nearest place so as always you get what you pay for. typical foriegn owner/operator hotel conditions.
