Never Again!!

Tried to cancel one of three rooms we had booked and were told we had non-cancellable rooms. We had no notice of this. When we arrived we were told our rooms had been "prepaid online" and checked our account to find that they had billed 12 nights (3 rooms for 4 nights each) 30 days before our arrival. Stale smell in hallways. No air conditioning in the elevator and College Station is extremely humid. Many guests had no air conditioning in their rooms and had to be moved. Others reported poorly functioning or non-functioning air conditioning in their rooms also. Overall a very poor experience, the worst I have ever had in College Station. Avoid at all costs.

Will never go back to this hotel

The room and hotel smells. The bathtub/shower was dirty and had mold on the shower walls. No hot water when taking a shower. Sheets were rough and the towels were worn out . Lots of noise and a wake up call at for 12:00am we did not schedule, air conditioner broken in the first room we were in. Moved to another room but it smelled and walls were dirty. Can't believe we were charge so much for such an awful room. This hotel is outdated as well as the bedspreads, towels, and furnishings. The only thing good about this hotel was it was close the A&M campus. We will not go back and do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We left a day early couldn't stand to stay another night.

NOT BAD, BUT.............

the carpet smelt moldy, construction around the hotel and any other business in the area is downright terrible. Staff is great, price is also but, needs to update everything (carpet etc..)

Smelly rooms

The rooms smell and smell and smell like mold!! The breakfast room is awful. You feel like you are in a museum. Even a museum feels more comfortable.Very old carpets. The internet is extremely slow. Ramada management please do something!!

Poor Service

Bathroom was filthy and used products were left for us. Tried to call room service, but no answer. Called front desk and was told she was only one working and room service just disappeared. If we wanted new and clean towels and shower products we would have to come and get them ourselves. Will never go back here.

My Pleasent Stay In College Station

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was wonderful in every way. If there was something you needed they would go out of their way to get it for you.If by chance they didn't provide that service, they went above and beyond their duty to see that you were taken care of. I did THANK them for all they did for the Team and the Parents but I wish we could have done more. A Very Satisfied Parent P.S. I highly recommend this Hotel
