Three lovely nights
By Chicagoans, 03/16/09
Brian and Stephanie were a delight to talk to, our room was great, a corner room with lots of windows you could open, the decor was charming, the price was right and it was perfectly located for walking all over (and we're not youngsters). Wine service was a nice surprise.

Great Place to Stay!!
By Michele, 05/02/08
My husband and I traveled 2 hours to attend a concert at the State Theatre which is just a few blocks from this place. We decided to stay here for the night and enjoy St Pete the next day. The service was OUTSTANDING and the B&B style room was so awesome. This is not a run of the mill new place. It has antique furniture and squeaky beds..which we loved. The continental breakfast and happy hour were a definite plus. We could walk to anywhere downtown to eat or hang out. It was great and we would stay here again for sure. There is no pool but all the other cool stuff makes up for the lack of water :)

I liked this Inn so much I moved to St. Petersburg
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/11/07
I stayed at this Inn for a week, and absolutely loved it. I was busy, needed to borrow a lap top from Stephanie and Brian, and they were always helpful and accomodating. The European setting, and the personal care and service they provide is wonderful. I hated to leave, so I decided to move to St. Petersburg the next month. Easy location and parking. Easy walk to everywhere downtown. Great little social hour with wine and refreshments. Sweet people. Highly recommended! Kathleen Murphy formerly of Manlius, NY now, St. Petersburg, FL

First hotel I hated to leave.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/30/07
The combination of location and warmth of service made my stay so pleasant that it was hard to leave. This will be my only choice whenever I stay in the area.

Best little inn in St. Pete
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/20/07
This is the best little inn in St. Petersburg! Stephanie and Brian are awesome inn keepers! They are very helpful and friendly. Room are clean and spacious. The only draw back was the parking and even it was doable! I will visit again! Thanks!

Our New Western Florida Spot!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/06/07
I can't say enough great things about this place. My husband & I went in Aug 06 and stayed for a long weekend (my birthday). Due to massive flight delays, we arrived really late at night which most inn keepers would have "politely" complained about. Not Brian. He was gracious & understanding. A small continental breakfast was served every morning and wine/ beer for about 2 hrs every evening. The mini frig in the lobby was always stocked w/ cold btl water (great for hot summer days). Brian was a wealth of information. He knew everything about shopping, sight seeing, jet skiing, and even the best kept secret beaches. This was our 1st getaway alone since the birth of our daughter & it was amazing. The rooms were clean & cozy. We felt like we were at a friend's home.

better than home
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/10/06
The staff is great, the location is perfect and the hotel itself is very charming. The hotel is over 70 years old so it's more of a bed and breakfast feel. Did I mention the staff was great? They truly make you feel at home. Try it and I hope you fall in love with it as I did.

Like home away from home
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/07/05
We stayed 3 nights here and had a great experience. The owners were very friendly and a pleasure to chat with. We had everything we needed and asked for. The room was perfect for our needs. A nice place to stay and different than a stuffy motel down the road. I recommend this place if you want to be away from the heavy tourist traffic and want peace and quiet and excellent value.
