Royal Flamingo Villas, Hillsboro Beach

Booked a "Villa" (if you can even call them that) here a couple weeks ago. When me an my girlfriend arrived in our room we were greeted with the smell of cleaner, eww. Room was pretty outdated also. Then trying to find people who work there for assistance is like playing marco polo, which leads me to the pool, or should I say pond? It was dirty looking and most of the chairs were broken. This place needs an infusion of money and people to make it anything worth visiting. They don't even have continental breakfasts. Geez The only good thing I could say about it was the grounds were nice and the beach decent. Won't be coming back.

Modern clean ocean front villas. Spectacular views. Pristine property, flowers blooming everywhere. Great staff. Enjoy dining ocean front at one of many near by restaurants. Take a dip in the heated pool and enjoy this peaceful retreat. We found it hard to leave this slice of paradise and extended our stay 5 days. We will be back very soon.

If you are not looking for activity, but rather are the type of vacationer who likes to sit, relax, and not be disturbed by a lot of distraction, this is a good place. There is nothing to do and very little commercial activity nearby, so its very, very quiet. We like quiet so its great. People who like to be on the "go" would probably find it boring. Kids would have to be happy with just swimming. Very clean, and the staff is very attentive. Have stayed there 3 times.

We have just returned from our first holiday at the villa and it was the most beautiful and relaxing holiday ever.We have been to Boca Raton for the past eight years and have stayed at several hotels in the area and none can compete with here.Everything you would ever need is supplied by Janice and her staff.Great value for money,everyone friendly and helpful and yes we are going back next year. We have stayed at this resort 3 times and everytime it exceeds our expectations. Prior to discovering these villas we did the inclusive packages. We now find that we save over half and we have more privacy without giving up any of the other resort Amentities up. Very nice to able to BBQ and prepare your own great meals at a fraction of the price. It is a very quiet area that is absolutely breath taking. My favorite place in Florida.

A very unusual place. In the evening sitting on a patio overlooking the ocean and watching the waves come in and the moon come up is very romantic. The villa that we stayed in was very comfortable and well kept up. Having your own villa gives you a feeling of privacy. We've already made our reservations for next year.
