Very Unfriendly Atmoshere

The employees need to take a training class in hospitality, especially the manager Marilyn, who was very rude to me when answering a question that I had about their website. When I saw how I was treated as a potential customer, that revealed to me how I would be treated as an actual guest. I can now see why some of the employees seem so miserable, maybe it's because the management treats them like dirt too. It appears to me that the company put alot of time and money into making the motel look nice, and alot less time in finding good employees. I would sleep in my car before ever booking a room in this place!!
