Parkview Motel, Canon City

This place is super clean, very conveniently located to anything you need and super friendly. I was a bit nervous when told the price to reserve a room because of the "get what you pay for" mantra. It had absolutely no bearing on this super value. Great food and attractions are within walkind distance. There is a very nice park right across the street.

Newly and nicely redecorated, spotlessly clean, pleasant ownership, great rates. Very basic, but has everything you need. I'd absolutely stay there again!!

The Parkview is short on amenities but the rooms are exceptionally clean and very quiet and the beds are comfy. If you're looking for a place to spend a night or two, this is it. Don't let the location on the highway scare you off. I'm a light sleeper but have never had a problem with noise at the Parkview.

Very clean rooms, good beds and nice staff. I was worried about noise from the highway when we checked in but found it was not a problem. Walking distance from the Royal Gorge Train. Sat on the patio and listened to a concert from the park right across the street. A coffee pot in the room would have been a plus.
