I've learned my lesson
The location was great... nevermind the extremely high-volume of loud tour busses that frequent Koa Ave!! The washer/dryer, and there was only one, was broken for 90% of our stay. The managment was always changing, and the guests were of a questionable nature. There were several small businesses that crowded the grounds, as if the owner was just looking to make as much extra money as possible.
For the money, i think that i would have rather paid a touch more and had better quality, better managment, and a more secure location (the gate out front is always open)!
