Motel 6, Cheyenne

I dislike the management. I complained about the management to the cooperate office in Tx and received no response. Because I complained to cooperate I was barred from being able to stay at the motel. The district manager would never return my calls. The beds were terrible, the service was awful. They only want to hear good comments, not bad! Don't recommand staying there. I have stayed in Motel 6 for many years. Not anymore, if this is how they treat their customers.

There must be a rule that once you exit the interstate, good luck finding the access to the motel. This one was easy and in a interesting location surrounded by car dealerships. The manager was great. After hours of driving, she had those warm sincere, outgoing personalities. I like motels where the doors lead to the outside, instead of a hallway. Can't wait to go back.
