Motel 6, Rock Springs

We came back from work one night and the ceiling had leaked and all our stuff everything was wet. Went to the front desk, to see what they would do about this,and was told they could do nothing. They also would not give us a new room.How they thought we would stay in a room that leak was unbleavable. We were going to stay there for the 2 months that we were working in WY. But had to move to another motel. The rooms are very small .

Unfortunately, thats about the only positive aspect of staying at this Motel6. I voiced a concern to management of this location about an ongoing problem of other guests in adjacent rooms to my room smoking in non-smoking rooms. No joke, the manager who I brought this issue to her attention, said she would take care of the problem. Proceeded to take a smoke break herself and never did a thing. The only reason people patronize this motel in Rock Springs is because it is substantially cheaper than other hotels in area. You have been warned
