Not very Happy

Not happy with cleanliness of room. Found dirty socks in drawer, an earing (that my 17 mnth old put in his mouth) next to the t.v.,broken Bic pen in the drawer. When ordered room service (very expensive) milk was sour. (Actually tasted like cow manure) When we called restaraunt, they only removed the milk from tab even though we had all lost our appetite by then. When I complained kindly to the front desk about the cleanliness of the room, she promised me someone would get a hold of us to give us a rebate or money back.....haven't heard from them yet and it's been over a month. Actually, sickening. Dirty socks, baby could have choked, milk got us sick...and no one went out of their way to correct the situation, even though I was very nice when I made the complaint. I guess if one is understanding and nice, then why help them? Only give in to the mean ones who yell and curse. They are the real problems! If someone is kind, then who cares? They won't press it any further. Pool was fine though a bit small. Kiddie pool was very nice though.
