Motel 6, Stillwater

this Motel offers a roof over your head if you dont mind the filth. Carpets are nasty. the sheets on bed are clean but the blankets are nasty. i found a bug in sink. The shower door doesnt close ...so the bathroom floor will be soaked. You must wear foot protection when you shower. there is lots of mold growing in shower. they do provide lots of toilet paper. No free shampoo $2.00 - 2 oz bottle. The staff is very friendly. We were allowed to smoke in the non-smoking rooms. Bring your own pillows and extra towels because they will not have any extra. These rooms work great for the price .....we work in constrution business.... and only use room for few hours. i would NEVER take a child to a place this dirty! Ive had to stay in motel several times .... and i have NEVER seen a bedbug! thank goodness. but I always check for them before sitting on bed. Remember to throw top cover off bed.....they are flithy dirty. too dirty to sit on!

This hotel offers a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. The credit card scanner was out of service at time of registration due to a heavy rain storm, but was active again shortly afterward. I would stay here again

The room my friend and I got was great. Small but exceptionally clean, the shower was... ok at best. Air was SUPER cold, for the money and cleanliness was great deal. Front desk was helpful. Snacks were overpriced in machine... but was still great deal. The motel does wind up with the overflow, and when it is full , could see why the reason for dissatisfaction. They do try to control cost, which is not a bad thing. It is odd to say something is FAR OUT in Stillwater, but you def need a car, cause is NOTHING near it to walk to.

We were booked there by our son't baseball team. The pictures on line are nothing like the actual place. Trash overflowed from the trash cans and was never picked up. The rooms were filthy. We could not get towels...they never replaced dirty towels and when we would ask for more they always seemed to be out. We had to go to Walmart and buy some so that we had something to use while we were there. The toilets overflowed and the shower and sink in the bathroom were filthy. It rained while we were there and the roofs on the second floor leaked. We were told that they were aware of the problem and that if we didn't like it we could leave ( a problem since there were no other vacancies in town). The worst part was the pool. It seemed ok the first day that we got there and we let the kids swim. the next day it was cloudy and we were told that it was not being cleaned since the maintence guy was out with an injury. It gradually got worse and most of the kids that swam in the pool got sick. We all honestly thought about sleeping in our cars. Don't stay here...it was disgusting.

There were over 25 flies in our room with thousands of dead bugs squished on the walls and ceiling! Mold was on the bathroom ceiling and sink. Hair was on the drain in the shower and in the sink. The shower head came to about my neck and I'm only 5'5. I had to duck down the entire shower. This place is disgusting! Do not go!

I stayed at this hotel last year and was very pleased. The room was very clean. I reported to the attendant on duty the next morning about some loud, late night partying and she was very concerned and wanted me to tell her if it happened again and she would surely put a stop to it. I have stayed here twice and was very satisfied each time.
