Service so Bad , Room So Dirty , price Not So Cheap . but from this hotel i like it's the location . just location i give plus . but another things on this hotel it's minus

This hotel looks like newly renovate and the prices is ok. However, i experience that inside the room, the pillow is smelling and the bedspread is dirty. While the time i complain to them, they come to change the pillow cover but with unwelcome face. When my sister ask why the bedspread is so dirty and he just answer its because that cant be wash. What a rude behavior! i will never return to that hotel as not satisfied thier services.

The reception staffs are not friendly, totally not helpful and totally not flexible in treating hotel guests. The pillows provided in the room are stone hard and not comfortable.

I like the location buttt...I had the service given by the reception and also the room, unpleasant smell, bed, pillows not comfortable and especially the towels are not comfortable. The lobby are not friendly at all.

The location is first class. The best hotel if you just want to shop and eat in KL. I like the undergroud carpark. Not many budget hotel come with sheltered carpark. You can sleep until late in the night and walk down to the street hawker for dinner. There is a mini pasar malam but surpisingly they were tended by people from the south continent. I agree to the cigarette smell. Given it excellent location, it can be a prefect budget hotel for tourists.

I like the place coz of its location. Beside there is KFC & located just a walk front the main street,Bkt Bintang.In the morning,there is push kart food stall.The place is busy with movement till 2 am.Safety.Place is just renovated & interior is like 4star hotel(clean & no mosquito) except for the lobby(upgrading the rooms first ,i guess).No breakfast,fyi. The lady reception is bad attitude(only for checkin & checkout but who cares,as i only need a comfortable place to sleep & peace. Anything,i want just call housekeeping thru phone.They are polite & the bellman,also. Carpark is underground with somebody to monitor.

I often travel around town, although i stay not far. However i usually go hunt around for Hotel which offer good value for money with my wife. Our first experience of this hotel was not bad because the frontdesk staff was very friendly and funny too. But most of all, I like most is the room condition. It seems like a room from a 4Star Hotel. But it only cost me a 2Star Hotel price....what a bargain. Thanks to the good location, I can spent most of the time sleeping in the room while my wife went for shopping. There are number of shopping mall around (Lot10, starhill, SungaiWang, TimeSquare and lots more), which she can entertain herself :P When she is done with her shopping, then she can wake me up for dinner :P just 2 minutes walk from the hotel lobby, there are plenty of local food (JALAN ALOR). Now that's what i call convenient with SuperValue.

My first impression of the hotel from outside when I saw the building; oh,..,not so bad, but when we went in the lobby was so terrible it was because during that time it was under renovation. It may have a good look after the renovation. In term of location it is very convenient, short walking distance to Sungai Wang Plaza, Lot 10, Starhill and BB Plaza and Berjaya Times Square. The room rate is reasonable. It�s comfortable, large space, it has a big wardrobe, clean toilet and shower room. The only bad thing is that the hotel not provides a non smoking room. At first when we occupied the room my two kids the age of 6 and 8 years old were not comfortable of the cigarette smelt in the room. We requested to another room but unfortunately non smoking area not provided. One of the lady reception is not so friendly. We stayed in the imperial hotel only for one night and thought want to come back again but when we thought of the cigarettes smelt,,,my two kids say forget about it mummy.. I may recommend that the hotel is a good value for the smoker but not for the non smoker otherwise all your stuffs smell cigarettes. Anyway I would like to come back if the hotel provides for the non smoking room. Frankly speaking this hotel could be a 3 and 4 star hotel if they maintain of the cleanliness of the room and to recommend provides a non smoking room. Thank You.
