Very professional staff

My job takes me to official tours across the length and breadth of the country. I have stayed at almost very deluxe hotel and found various hotels excelling in one factor or the other. But almost none of them I could say was a complete package of comfort and utility. So when I checked into The Lalit New Delhi, knowing that I was to host a cocktail dinner for 250 people the next day for my company, I knew I had my work cut out. Although the bookings had been done in advance and we had had email communications with the hotel I was petrified of what the hotel would eventually deliver. I need not have worried because The Lalit had their Crystal Ball Room fixed just as I wanted. Every implement needed for the event was in place and the banquets even had some extra equipment ready just in case we needed it. To top it all managers of the hotel were constantly interactive to ensure that everything was in order. Any additional assistance that I wanted was provided within minutes. The team was completely professional and had taken care of everything. The event was a huge success and we had The Lalit team to thank for it. It wasn’t until well after the event when we got a chance to sit back and relax that I got a chance to take a look at the hotel which was really quite gorgeous. But for me more than the plush interiors, it was the professional attitude that has me hooked to the Lalit group.
