I'd rather not stay here again!

I have been a Wyndham By Request Member since 2003, and have stayed at this facility for businees numerous times since 2004. Service, value and overall quality have significantly deteriorated in this time. In my latest stay, it took 3 tries for me to get a marginally inhabitable room.
The first room's door had been heavily damaged to the point it would not shut, but the Front Desk still put me in it. When I went back to question them on the room, they admitted it had a problem (then why put me in it in the first place?)and gave me another room. This room was OK when I first entered it, but when I returned after dinner the entire bathroom floor was under 1/2 inch of water with more pouring out of the overhead light fixture. I called the front desk to report this, and was told I could have another room. Rather then send someone up to check on the problem with a key for the next room, I had to again go to the desk, get a new key, and transfer to the third room. A maintenance person I met outside my room enroute to the desk was not at all interested in the water problem, nor did the desk staff indicate any concern about water coming out of an electrical fixture (isn't that a safety problem?)
My last room's air conditioner made so much noise, I could not run anything other then the fan, with upper temperatures near 90- degrees outside, By this time I gave up trying to find a decent room.
The next time I travel to this area, I will be looking for a different place to stay!
