Days Inn Pottstown, Pottstown

the room smell misty, lots of melidew in bathroom, sheets has stains, carpet dirty, pillows very flat. It was a bad experiance. Had a bedbug also. not comfertable at all. I will never stay again .

When I checked in I noticed a housekeeping excellence award and was curious! When I got to my room I can see why they earned it! Great hotel, Great price, Awesome location and great people!!!! They earned my repeat stays

My family stayed there when they came to town for a week long family reunion. The non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke, and the bathrooms were not clean....

I was actually pleasantly surprised. I know it's close to lots of tourist sights in SE Pennsylvania, but Pottstown is rather small, so I wasn't expecting top-notch accomodations--but everything was at least as good as anyone could ask for this class of hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the room & public areas were all sparkling clean, the plumbing worked well, the breakfast was satisfying--altogether a nice experience. It's even convenient to a major highway (US422), but not so close as to be subject to the noise. The only thing I can't comment on is the pool; it wasn't open for the season yet (and we wouldn't have had time for a swim anyway). I'd definitely recommend the Best Western in Pottstown to anyone considerig a stay in SE PA.
