The Worst Customer Service!

My husband and I booked a room for a wedding on a Sat. Every hotel in Lawrence was booked. When we came to check in, we were told that we did not have a reservation, although I had a confirmation number. The representative at the front desk was very unfriendly and did not offer to help straighten out the situation. We decided not to stay in the hotel because of the service. I had to call back twice that evening before finding out that we had been booked and charged for Friday evening rather than Sat. Monday morning I realized that the hotel charged my credit card for two nights!! The manager was not available to assist me and I had to call the hotel 3 times on Monday in order to have this credited to my account (the manager was too busy to return my call). Customer service is everything......this place is not worth your time!
