The Worst Customer Service!

My husband and I booked a room for a wedding on a Sat. Every hotel in Lawrence was booked. When we came to check in, we were told that we did not have a reservation, although I had a confirmation number. The representative at the front desk was very unfriendly and did not offer to help straighten out the situation. We decided not to stay in the hotel because of the service. I had to call back twice that evening before finding out that we had been booked and charged for Friday evening rather than Sat. Monday morning I realized that the hotel charged my credit card for two nights!! The manager was not available to assist me and I had to call the hotel 3 times on Monday in order to have this credited to my account (the manager was too busy to return my call). Nightmare in Kansas City

My family and I have returned from a nightmare hotel stay that I hope will never be repeated. This hotel should never be allowed to advertise or entice poor unsuspecting people to reserve their rooms. The rooms are absolutely filthy! The service is nonexistent! After our stay I even notified the company's main business office with the all of the details of my family's horrible stay. I wanted them to make sure nobody else would suffer what we went through. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT! The company says the hotel just uses their name but they have no control over them! THIS IS A MAJOR WARNING, IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

Worst place ever!!

I thought it would be a good value for the price but when I got there the place looked run down and my room had a huge bugar on the wall. I asked the lady at the desk for a refund and she came to my room and washed the bugar off and said that it's ok this can be fixed and that this was there best room. Lousy Customer Service

I called asking some basic questions about rooms and I was poorly treated, felt annoyed and then hung up on when the clerk could not answer whether there was cable in the room. Clerk kept telling me the same thing because he did not understand what I was asking
