My car would have been better
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/27/11
If you are looking to cool off with some great air conditioning, or want some great water pressure in the shower, then this is the place to be. If you want a clean environment, I would just sleep in my car. While it was a cheap stay, we spent more money in febreeze and pillows and washcloths than what a decent upgrade would have been (no rooms available in the immediate area due to gymnastics nationals). Our room was musty and the floors were "soft" and "squishy," with the tiles in the bathroom moving when you stepped on them. We were given two towels and two washcloths for a family of four (with the kids we didn't want to sleep in the car) and there were none available for us. I understand that it was a full house and all rooms were occupied, thus taking away from the towel inventory... but don't give out more rooms than what you can accommodate. The pillows were flat, but flat doesn't even describe them. The beds were uncomfortable with springs almost poking through. We left a day early and gave up the money we'd already spent on this pre-paid room. It was gross- but a whole lot cleaner after I cleaned it with disinfectant and febreeze.

never again
By Debbie, 7/24/07
the lobby was dark and cramped-the room had the worst mildew smell i've experienced in a hotel-2 towels for 4 people-the continental breakfast consisted of: coffee, a juice machine, and 4 donuts in a display case. i would never go back to the knights inn and i would tell you to reconsider before going there it was awfull.

Terrible Service..Will not return
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/11/06
I've had extended stays at the Knights Inn over several years due to work. In the past the hotel has met my needs...convenient location, moderate price and rooms that were suitable to sleep in. However, since new ownership has taken over, the room rates have increased and the quality of the service has deteriorated. I will not stay there again and am more than happy to pay $90 a night and not deal with rude front desk staff and terrible hotel service.

Nice Stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/1/04
Nice stay. Asked for a non-smoking room and a king size bed. Got both. However, get a room that is off the main street. Between the traffic and the train coming through late at night, it was a little tough getting to sleep and staying asleep. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I'll use this hotel again.
