We have been here twice in the last 2 years for the CMA Music Festival. The rooms have always been clean, the price has been very good. The staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. We will be staying here again in June 2011 for the Music Festival. Great location to downtown.

This is a decent budget hotel at an affordable price. Nice enough. Nothing fancy, clean, though, carpets are in desperate need of cleaning. Yuck! White socks instantly became black. The “All Inclusive Kings” are a notch above the “Standard Kings” in size, with slightly cleaner carpets, microwave, mini fridge, and free WiFi Access, though it’s not secure access. We stayed in both rooms and prefer the latter. Staff is friendly and helpful. Don’t expect frills, but for a quick stop, this place will do nicely. Restaurants and gas stations are within a 1-2 mile drive. Pets are allowed at no extra fee, which cinched it for us, especially if you get a first floor room, as we did both times. We’d have no problem returning to this location, as it suited its purpose: an affordable room for an overnight stay. It’s conveniently located with a number of restaurants, gas stations and freeway exit nearby. Most importantly, after a 15-hr drive we were very glad not to find any bed bugs in this hotel.

We stayed here while in Nashville for a concert. The rooms are small but clean, good hot shower, beds were comfortable and we did not have any roach problems as someone described in another review. It it located less than 75 yards from the interstate but the rooms were quiet as long as you kept the door shut. I would recommend this motel for a cheap quick stay, but if you are going to be in town for a few days I would look at newer motels. Nashville is an expensive town to stay in, particularly the closer you get to the downtown area.

This place is a little borderline. It's right by railroad tracks and industrial property that has a machine that whines all the time, and it's a little creepy. This is the second time in a row that I have stayed at a Red Roof Inn where there have been police. The place could be kept up a little better, and worst of all, the cockroaches are just not big enough. They are only 3/4" long. Besides, there were only three. Other than that the place was ok. I have stayed there three times. In the future, I will try other Red Roofs in the area. Hopefully, they will not have cockroaches. I like Red Roof in general because they are pretty consistent from one to another. You know what to expect.
