I was booked in to the red roof inn a few days ago. Booked through expedia.com, upon arival, they found reservation, but declared that they had to have credit card (even though room was already paid for). I was showed a room that had mold growing on carpet and television did not work correctly. when i tried to hook up my laptop i had no signal. I immediatly called front desk and was informed that i had to purchase a card for $19.95 a day for internet access ( Again sign said free internet wi-fi) I imediatly put laptop back into truck and cancelled the reservation. Front desk clerk was very unproffessional and extremely rude
