Days Inn, Waldorf

After being on the road all day and needing a "pet friendly" hotel, we had little choice but to stay here. Was not thrilled about paying almost $100 but was stuck. Knowing Days Inn we figured it was safe. From outside I was nervous...windows filthy, A/C units missing with holes in the walls....we were told they were "remodeling" so we figured we'd at least get a decent room. WRONG. It was filthy and falling apart. We could see through the A/C unit to outside and it cooled 1/2 the room. There were dead bugs on the floor, stains on the walls and just felt so dirty and disgusting. As they refuse to issue refunds after check-in, we stayed but left first thing in the AM. The entire hotel reeks of smoke, there is NO A/C in the hallways and lobby - overall just plain disgusting!! Stay away. The one positive reviewer here must be the owner or work there. Oh yes and, the staff is HORRIBLE and RUDE.

This place is a joke!!!! First of all they didn't have my reservation, then the lady at the desk tried to charge me $15.00 per night more than the agreed upon price. When she asked how I knew, I showed her my reservation and to that she said "oh you have a copy?" When we got to the room, I noticed that we only had two towels. I went to the front desk and was informed that they only give two towels, and that I would have to take it up with house keeping in the morning. You can't regulate the A/C, it's either hot or cold. The rooms were run down with little maintence being done. Upon check out, which I did a day early, we had to wait to find the desk person, when she finally did come to the desk, she just stood in front of me. A grunt or something would have been nice. I guess they have enough business so they don't need new clients. As I stated in the header, run, don't walk from this place. There are several other facilities in the area that I'm sure would be gracious to receive your business!!!!!!!!

The room was dirty and rundown. Had an awful odor. Things were not working and no one there to help. Never again. Heat didn't work.

very un clean, rooms rundown, i could not get anything fix'ed in the bathroom after 9 service request, was moved from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor it was like going from a o.k. room to the ghetto hell hole i was here for 2 mo's they looked like they were remodeling the 1st floor and putting the old matters in the back parking lot with other things that you would not thank you would see at a motel not very happy

it was wonderfull and the new management was wonder full to and nice. The front desk was so helpful and the housekeeping clean the room so good it smelled like roes. I will visit again soon.

This is the worst I have ever stayed in. I will NOT return nor will I give a recommendation. The bathroom was dirty. The floor was dirty. The window was dirty. Just overall nasty.

This place is absolutely one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in in my life. When my wife and I checked in and found that our pillows were stained and had hairs all over them we promptly went to Walmart and purchased new pillows for our use. The "breakfast buffet" consists of waffles and coffee. Overall I would rank this below Awful.

The room was dirty, mattress bowed in middle, and there were dirty clothes in the dresser! They seemed completely unconcerned!
