Upon booking through the cvb to save some money, I was honestly scared by the negative reviews. Have no fear! Perhaps a bit off the beaten path (but that's Boston) it's in the neighbohood with several similar type hotels. The shuttle worked well, and they were very accomodating, Convenient to the airport, and the T. Staff was awesome, and our accomodations were clean, comfortable, and well appointed, Walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, a strip mall, and several restuarants. We had a great experience!

I wouldn't stay here again

When i got there the lobby was dirty. The front desk clerk came to my room and told me that my lights were on. That was nice of her. There was no wireless internet didn't work. The ice machines didn't work. So i had to go to the kitchen get ice. The elevator was scary going up to my room. The hallway had dim lighting to the room. The cups in the room were plastic. Tv was old looking. The pool was dirty. The carpet was stained. The bed was dirty and old looking. The bathroom was sticky floor. The service in the bar was not good at all. I wouldn't stay here again.

Compared to staying in a hotel in downtown boston, this hotel is a great value for the money. Hotel staff was outstanding. Very polite and knowledgeable. No need to rent a car. Shuttle service will pick you at airport and take you to the "T" when you need to go to Boston. Talk to shuttle drivers about what to do in Boston. Rooms were a little dated, but very clean. Internet at hotel was slow. Hotel resturants had good food, but were a little pricey. Uno Grill, McDonalds and Taco Bell within walking distance.

Excellent Service!

I stayed there Independence Day weekend. The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. The hotel, while further away from the airport than some people may expect, does have an excellent and complementary shuttle service. It's best advised that you be sure to have the hotel's phone number handy and programmed in your cellphone (the clerk and drivers will let you know the number too and give you business cards with the phone numbers, but cards are often misplaced while traveling, you know). Guest awareness of the local transit services (particularly where should one take the Blue Line to change trains) is a good thing, so I would recommend a little self-education about the Boston area for people who've not travelled there often.

Good choice

Location is good, Staff was very corteous, we checked in late... Food at the Japanese Restaurant was overpriced though. Hotel restaurant was good. I would stay again.

Jewelry Stolen and Rude Manager

Terrible. I will never stay here or at another Sheraton. I was in a hurry to check out and left a bag behind. When I returned to the hotel, my bag was returned to me but had been rifled through and all my jewelry stolen. I called the police and they were more sympathetic than the manager or front desk clerk! After I complained to the manager, he said "Are you done?" I have never been so rudely treated in my entire life!

Likes: good airport parking. Stay overnight and leave your car. Unlike Logan Park and Go, however, we are not sure of the security. Dislikes: Not especially clean, had stale smells all over.

Too Far from Airport to be Listed as Such

The hotel was further from the airport than expected and shuttle that picked us up was slow to do so. The hotel is nice on the inside and the rooms are a good size. The matress, however, was not very comfortable.

Great place to stay

Comfortable clean rooms. Helpful courteous staff. Great Japanese hibachi/sushi restaurant on premises. Very easy to and from Logan Airport. Highly recommended. This was our second stay at this hotel. Would stay there again.
