Great place to stay. Employees were great. Hotel and room was very clean. Breakfast was the usual small continental breakfast but was ok. We had a suite with a jacuzzi tub and it was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel. Not bad price.

my name is brenda reeves and my daughter and i have came to cherokee every year. we made our reservation a month in advance, we both are smokers so of course i asked for a smoking room. when we arrived i was given a non-smoking room and was told there was nothing else available. in my opion you need to have more smoking rooms for your guests. there was more smokers in non-smoking rooms than i have ever seen. but we really enjoyed our stay other wise and the employees were very nice they made our stay very enjoyable as they have in the past. we will be coming back again next year. thank you for the kindness that was shown to my daughter and me.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. I would stay again forthe price and location to the casino.

I love the location of the hotel and the staff was great.the room was clean and the over all condition of the hotel was very good.Room was ready when we got there.I would stay there again.

My husband & I chose the Ramada due to its close proximity to Harrah's Casino. We found the accommodations to be quite nice, the staff extremely helpful and courteous, and our overall stay was a pleasure. Clean, well organized room; plenty of towels; fresh linens; and friendly, helpful staff. What more could you want?! :)
