Cheap price and cheap looking rooms.

Yes, the price looks nice. But, you get what you pay for. The customer service may be delightful and helpful when you walk in, but it's a whole different story when you see the rooms. Aside from being difficult to get to, unless you do an illegal left at the light, the hotel itself looks obviously older. We got two twin rooms. The first room we went into look alright. It "seemed" clean. But, when we went to take a shower, you had to keep pulling the tub stopper up or it would fill up with water. The second room had many problems. It's air conditioner kicked out warm air, the phone cord was plug into just a whole in the wall, the lamps weren't even plugged in, the alarm clock didn't work, the door knob in the bathroom was falling out, the floor felt grimmey and the wall paper was coming off. And, worse of all there was, what we hoped, lotion splattered on all four walls. It looked like someone had held up an open bottle and spun in circles. Because the phones weren't working in either room, we had to go from the third floor to desk to let them know. All they did was just act suprised at us and say, "We'll have a cleaner go up later tonight while your out at dinner." Yeah right! After having seen the place we weren't going to leave our stuff there unattended. So like I said, you get what you pay for. I would not recommend a Best Western to anyone. Especially, this one.
