Spinnaker Motel, Ocean City

went down for senior week last year and stayed here place was awesome. the staff is very laid back and not worried about what your doing i recomend the south building though further away from the office neighboring hotels. the staff knew what happens down senior week and not worried about us drinking and having guests in the room i highly recomend this for senior week patroners

We have always gone to the NJ shores for the summer holidays but decided to try something different this year. We came across this motel via internet. When we arrived, we couldn't believe how nice the room was and how much space was available. You can see the beach from the balcony and hear the waves crashing at night. My wife and I have already decided to come back again next and we plan to bring others. The only thing I recommend is not to expect too much from the cafe underneath the hotel. The breakfast buffet is not the greatest and the waitresses are quick to give you the check-Look for an IHOP

real nice place and a good very good price

i liked that our room had a great private ocean view. however, not all the other rooms did. actually only a few rooms did. it was still a nice motel & very much worth the money spent. other than more rooms with a view the only thing that would make it better would be a checkout time of 12:00. we will stay there again & recommend it to others.

At 2 AM found someone trying to break into my car told the front office and the supervisor took about 5 seconds to look. The ocean view is looking out a from the side patio. To expensive for this type of hotel. Your best bet is to go to Myrtle Beach at least they have a ice machine on the property. I will never go their again.

I went with five of my girlfriends to OC for a week in June. We had the best time ever. Everyone at the hotel was so nice and would do everything to make sure you were comfortable. Most everyone in the hotel was young, so this hotel may not be the best choice for the older crowd. The rooms were very spacious with great views. Also, there is a little cafe on the first floor of the south building where they have great breakfast for about $5.00. Highly recomended for the younger crowd.

The service was wonderful and all the employees were very nice. The rooms were large and we had a great ocean view. We felt very "at home" here. We have stayed in oc Maryland many times before and this is so far our favorite place to stay.

Location was just about perfect - the room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay - the elevators seemed to be a little dated, but they did work. Convenient buffet breakfast was reasonable and very tasty. From our balcony we were able to see the 'crusing' street rods, customs and just about everything else. We were very pleased and would recommend to anyone.

Found this hotel on line and liked it even more when we arrived. Great location by the beach & boardwalk. Nice heated pool and sun deck. The front desk staff was also extremely accommodating and friendly. Our stay was 3 nights in the 1st room located in the North building. It was clean and spacious but nothing fantastic. Out of curiosity, we asked to see a room in the south building (where the ofc is) and liked the rooms in that building much better - cleaner, more updated fixtures etc. but none were available on the 5th floor when we requested an extra night so we stayed in another room in the North building closer to the ocean - what a disgusting room - poor maid service - dirty etc. If we go back - we will request a room in the South building only and will immediately change rooms if it is not clean. Overall great location and value for the price.

I love the Spinnaker Motel. It it in a perfect location. It is right on the boardwalk, just steps from the beach. The service was awsome and the prices are reasonalble. I have go to Ocean City, MD for the past 4 years and stayed there each time. It is just a great place to stay.
