Approve! Impressed
By Rolando, 09/04/08
For the price, we were very satisfied. Rooms have a living room with big TV. Bedroom has a second big TV. Internet connection is ok. Breakfast is good too. Most of all, front office staff is welcoming and professional. Very good value. On the negative side, small pool & water is dirty.

These suites are more like a one bedroom apartment
By Chip, 06/19/07
We were impressed by how large the suite was. We had a little trouble with the heater, it was a kind of strange thing in the wall, and the room smelled awful even though it was a non-smoking room. Maybe that was caused by being closed up for a while, when we stayed there it was not very busy. The room was clean enough, if a little worn. We keep hoping to find a nice place to stay in the area, we will use this one again if we can't find anything better. Breakfast the next morning didn't look like it was worth the effort.

been there 3X

All rooms are suites, making the price higher than it needs to be. However, it's very well managed and always clean. Had a bad experience with a Ramada around the corner when I tried to save a few bucks so we'll be coming back here repeatedly.

Extended stay was a overall good experience
By mike w, 06/09/06
This is a nice, somewhat sequestered hotel off of one of San Diego's 'main drags'(El Cajon Blvd). The rooms have kitchens, living rooms, and two single beds. If you are going to stay there awhile, the staff will work as hard as they can to accommodate you. There were some problems with bugs at first. Yet the staff had an exterminator at the hotel the very next day, and the pests disappeared. There is a small 'mom and pop' grocery store just down the block. As well as a nice Japanese restaurant just across the street. If you long for religious services, the hotel is also located right next door to a Calvary Chapel Church. Fine people! Who will also make you feel comfortable.

Excellent space for the money
By Kathleen, 06/06/06
The full kitchen is the best part of this motel. The place was clean and well kept. Sitting room was comfortable and bedroom was very large.
