we just returned from this hotel. First, the pictures of the room must be from another hotel.The hotel is horrible.. Rooms are small, needs uplifting, bathroom is old, towels are thin. Not worth the money, Spend a little more and consider somewhere else. Very Very disappointing. Not worth the money, BIG DEAL a big tub in the room, the rest of the room was lousy. The noise from the street starts at 6 am goes on through the night..

Very clean, nice sized rooms, lovely pool and landscaping. You are out of the "fray" of the busy traffic, yet close enough to enjoy a scenic drive into Laguna.

Planning to go back soon!

A delightfully lush setting. Pool area surrounded by palms and vegetation amidst which one enjoys the daily offerings for breakfast on patio tables sprinkled around the pool and on a small patio overlooking the pool and the Pacific Ocean beyond. Computer and printer available...I printed my return flight boarding passes in the guest area adjacent to the lobby. On staff Richard was exceptionally helpful; was kind enough to procure boxes (and tape!)for me to ship items I couldn't take on flight. I look forward to returning this winter and spending more time in this lovely spot.

not a good experience

We made reservations a month a head of time. Once we got to the hotel, the front office person came in and stated that they would never offer these rates and increased them by $35.00 per night. We asked to talk to the manager and he stated that he is the manager. Just the fact that they were dishonest really disappointed me. once I came back to our state, I went to their site and double checked the rates to make sure that I did not make a mistake. The rates that were offered on their site were the same as I was told on the phone; however, the manager denied it. Just not a good experiece. Also rooms are very dark and old.

Very nice motel in a beautiful location

This motel was very nicely exterior dersigned with a tropical theme. The rooms were basic, but pleasant. The most attractive feature of the motel is its location: right across the street from the sensational Montage Hotel and the beautiful Laguna beach.
