Woke up to my roommate missing his wallet after housekeeping "cleaned" our room. Found out several other guest were missing items. Found parts of his wallet in the trash outside and another guest stolen camera on a housekeepers cart. Terrible experience. Please pass this one up.

The place was ok. no where else had a room. It was like 75$ for the night. The room was comfy and mostly clean. Parking wasnt an issue. I felt like i got the motel 6 experience for a holiday inn price, but if i had too i would stay again

It has good location but the staff is quite undesireable. There was a girl overseeing the breakfast who was dressed completely inappropriately, had several visible and tacky piercings and who swore like a sailor right in front of guests. The gal working the front desk was often running around and neglecting both phones and customers and was engaging in completely inappropriate conversations. It is nice that pets are allowed and it is easy to get to. Prices are pretty reasonable but being that it is a chain I would expect more professionalism. This is not the first time I have experienced these observations as I am through Billings frequently. More competent and respectable employees would greatly improve this property.
