Northwest Motor Inn, Puyallup

A very clean and fresh smelling room. It also had all of the amenities of a hotel twice the price. Very nice - freindly staff too.

My wife and I lived in Puyallup and were recently moving to North Carolina so we wanted to stay for 1 night near our house before moving. First off there is no elevator. Second the room had no heat or hot water in the bathroom. When I want down to the front desk the clerk gave me another room. So my wife and I had to move rooms at 11:30 at night. The next day I went to the owner (Indian woman) and asked her for a discount. She called me a liar and told me that she personally checked the room herself that morning and everything worked. She told me that it is normal to wait 30 to 40 minutes for the water to get hot. Then she called me scumbag and a thief as I was leaving. She was upset because I moved rooms in the middle of the night and now she had two rooms to clean. Never stay here. These people do not know anything about customer service.

I stayed there during the spring fair in April. Beds were very comfortable, excellent customer service, very convenient location, affordable and very clean rooms. I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

We wermly welcomed by the front-desk girl.The price was reasonable.The room smelled very freash and clean.Motel seemed to be recently reovated.definitely come back.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was courteous and even went out of their way to show me how to operate the air conditioner when I could not figure it out. It is conveniently located, and there is always plenty of hot water. I stayed for 9 days this time, and had a clean room, with clean linens the entire stay. Every time I am here I have a great experience!

I had a great experience here. The staff member Bret, was very polite, helpful, and explained everything to me before I left the office. The room was very nice, and spacious. I would definately come here again!

This motel is very dirty, poor service, linens you can see thru and their refund policy, if you do not like the room, is non existent. Do not recommend this hotel

I was here august 08-2008 ,while i was going to vancouver bc attending wedding .we stay here two night it was very....good place to be at.clean room and polite service .i will come back again. i will recommend my friend and faimly.

I like to stay here because whenever I call to reserve the room however I tell them to set up the room, they do such as if I want extra bed, extra pillows, extra towels, iron, room on ground floor, 2nd floor, or 3rd floor, they arrange the room like that. That way I get room with my choice which is very nice otherwise sometime it's hard for them to give the room of my choice if the motel is full. Rooms are always very clean. Staff is very nice.

I asked for a handicapped room and when I got there it wasn't available. We were put on the third floor with no elevator. Owner wasn't overly concerned about the error.
