Alpine Rivers Inn, Leavenworth

The location by the Wenatchee River was breathtaking, beds comfortable, and except for the aged carpets, both our rooms were spotless. The proprietress was attentive and friendly, brought us our breakfast trays - brimming with an assortment of juices, sweet rolls, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and coffee - exactly at the time we asked for them. She even supplied our teen sons with disposable bathing trunks so they could use the spa (we visited in April when snow was still plentiful on the mountains). A lovely experience.

It is not in town, but only a short walk to downtown, so it is quiet, on the river, great breakfast, very clean and comfortable.

The setting was lovely with the peaceful sounds of the flowing river. The open style kitchenette room was spacious, yet cozy for our family of six. The beds were super comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic - far better than others we had to pay for! The location is perfect - close enough to walk downtown, but out of the hustle bustle when you want quiet. The hot tub was great after a day on our feet! Highly recommended; we're hoping to go again this year.
