I made my reservation online, which means I picked a room with specific attributes: King-size bed, free internet, fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. When we checked in, we were given a room without the fridge or microwave. When I asked about them, and showed them my receipt, the manager asked if I had specifically reserved those items as a special request. What? I said no, because they were included in the room description I clicked on. He explained to me that they don't have enough for every room. He did say that if one came available he would put it in our room-which he did on the second day. But why would I make a special request if those items were included in a room description I didn't write?
Positives: clean large room, quiet hallways, large parking lot, close to Elmer's restaurant. Our air conditioner worked well (our relative's did not.)
Hotel is in flight path, but not noticeable when windows are closed. Which they were because there are no screens on any windows.
I would recommend this hotel with the caution of being specific about what you think you're getting. We also got a better rate because we booked online directly.
