Pretty good for a low price

The rooms are far enough off of the street that you don't get a whole lot of street noise. That is a real plus. The beds are also pretty comfortable.
The restaurant next door can sometimes get noisy but out of 3 stays of about 15 nights total that only happened one night.
If you want a microwave as well as refrig be sure to ask for it.
They accept AAA and AARP for special rates. There may be others, so ask.
