Woodland Inn And Suites, Pinetop-Lakeside

Positive: The staff was friendly, clean sheets and no bed bugs (seen at least)! Negative: The dining area is REALLY SMALL. There was only 3 small round tables to hold an entire hotel. This is a motel style Inn that's really outdated. I had difficulty opening the door and the front desk told me I had to do some special move to get it open.This seems to be a safety issue because if I needed to get into the room quickly, it would be a struggle. The bathroon was nasty! The tub had lond strands of hair on the shower walls and in the tub...not including the hair and dirt ring around the tub. My family did not get a chance to take a shower. We cut our trip to an overnight stay because due to the Pow Wow, all hotels in the area was full for the weekend. It's sad that my family's trip had to be cut down to an one day trip because of a nasty room. We paid $89/night...it's not worth it. There is a Holiday Inn across the street and a Motel 6 down the street...you may have better luck there.
