Sierra Del Sol Condominiums, Taos Ski Valley

great location friendly helpful staff, clean, but the wifi is horrible. we couldnt even fill out a for that we wanted to work on. the beds are like hammocks. the interiors were tacky.

I've stayed at Sierra Del Sol during ski season about a dozen times now, recommended it to friends, generally love it, particularly the maintenance folks--super friendly and helpful. However, this year (and perhaps last year also--I missed coming) they have decided to CHARGE for firewood and CHARGE for the wireless internet. For a place this nice, I consider that to be very much nickel and dime to their guests. I still like the place of course, great location, price is reasonable, showing some signs of age but obviously well maintained, but being asked to pay for firewood at a ski resort condo? Ouch.

The accomodations are beautiful and The Taos Ski Valley is magic. What sets the Sierra del Sol above the rest is the management and employee's that treat you like family. Thank you Cindy,Sophie,Joe,Mathew and Seth for making our stay a wonderful experience. We cant wait for summer to come back and visit.

I live in Taos but love to retreat to the Sierra del Sol for a couple of powder days! The mountain is just outside your door. The staff are friendly and helpful. My mini retreats at the Sierra del Sol help me to keep my sanity for the rest of the year.

This is a great property and it is perfectly located close to the ski lifts. The two bedroom units with loft is a great configuration a family or two. Parking was right outside the door and snow was terrific. For those who want/need lessons the ski school is fantastic. Can't wait to get back.

It has the best location in Taos and a great montain view. Great for a sking vacation even though it has almost none of night life. Taos is a beautiful new Mexico town and is near to go for a dinner trip and have a walk in this colorfull town
