This place is in need of so many repairs and clean up that one must wonder why they have not been shut down. I stayed 1 night, overcharged 89.95, FINAL BILL $100.79. Room dirty Mattress needs replacing Sink plugged No coffee maker as ad stated Complimentry breakfast, coffee, oj, or cereal, nothing else, what a joke.

Don't Do It!!!!!
By NVGirl, 07/20/08
I figured great... national chain ... not to far from casino .... rate seemed good. What could possibly be wrong? What didnt I like? This has got to be the most dissapointing place I've ever stayed in. You would think they would care about their guests comfort and see to it the rooms are clean, well maintained and guests are treated like they are wanted their ... they Do Not Care AT ALL!!! When it comes down to it we, the guests, pay their staff to take care of this place. So sad to be so unappreciated!! Ill go closer to the casinos next time and find a spot that wants me and my family there! What did I like? Leaving! My advice to the owners ... spend the extra dime and pay your employees a wage that make them happy to take care of your property ... happy employees work harder because thy feel their work is 'worth something!!'

I'd stay there again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/15/08
My mother booked this motel to stay away from the casinos and I was very worried after reading the reviews. When we got there the rooms were fine. I LOVED the free wireless internet (you just get the password from the front desk). Even my friends staying in the casinos had to pay for their internet. The down side is if you sleep through the housekeeping visit they don't come back later. Other good things were the prompt response from the front desk when we ran out of towels (slept through too many housekeeping visits) and its location. The university is directly across the street to the east and there's a large park across another street to the west. I was able to jog a few miles there every day of my visit. For pet owners there's a section of the west side of the park where dogs can run around without leashes.

Never ever again
By Metrolosangeles, 12/27/07
(It it ODD that those glowing, positive reviews pop up right after a negative one? How likely is it the owners of this sad place post them, hmm?) Stayed 11/22--24, 2007 • Bathroom heater not working; reported to office, no action (prevailing temperatures were from 25F - 46F) • Pervasive subtle odor of sweat in room • Room was never cleaned/serviced third day; manager responded it was a “…clerical error; all I can do is give you towels.” • Facial tissue empty on second day; never replenished • On the third day, the water was shut off without warning for “repairs”. Over 4 hours later, it was restored. • Draperies non-functional; had to be tugged open and closed; chord and tags hanging from drapes • Burned out bulb in bedside lamp had; never replaced Staff was unfriendly and unconcerned. No bargain at any price.

Stay away from here, they steal your money.
By Donna, 08/18/07
They over charge and when you try to discuss it he screams at you and says if you don't like it get out, either way he has you money. Dirty, fire hazards no hot water, hole in blankets that look like rags.

Business Travelers Beware!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/21/06
I made reservations online for business associates. I was contacted by them with a request to fax them a copy of the credit card, a driver's license and a letter of consent. I've been making travel arrangements for coworkers for some time and have never had such a problem before. He was rude and wouldn't listen to word I said. He didn't understand the whole point of a corporate card. When I'd try to accommodate him in one way, he'd come back and ask for something else. He even tried to contact someone else at my place of business and try to get what he wanted, pretending that I never told him no! Do NOT stay here. They are untrustworthy and rude!

Average hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/15/06
This hotel was ok, I have stayed in better and worst places. Had some confusion when checking in. When I requested an extra towel, desk person was rude about it and said I had enough towels. The room was ok. Location was convenient for what I needed.

NEVER AGAIN
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/16/06
The people at this hotel are very rude. They did not want to give directions,or help with any questions about the room, INCLUDING THERE BEING NO HOT WATER FOR A SHOWER, There was no heated pool. There was no resterants within walking distance. It was not a pleasant stay.
