Poor Management

This motel and the 4 Queens are poorly managed. After a day of trail hiking we returned to our rooms and found that all of our personal belongings had been taken to the motel office. Motel staff said we had checked out that morning. No one in our group had checked out. We had reserved the rooms for the entire week. This was two days short of our planned checkout date.
Motel management refused to acknowledge their mistake and then double billed my credit card. Extremely poor management and it is my opinion after arguing with the "general manager" she intentionally billed my credit card twice. Each billing occurred on a different day.
The handling of our personal belongings was horrible. Clothes which were hanging in the motel closet, were wadded up and thrown into a pile at the office.
